The Role

This role is a Business Analyst opportunity, where you will be required to work within a team environment, to deliver efficient and integrated solutions, whilst employing contemporary requirement specification and modeling techniques. 

Your skills

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills:

• Able to build relationships, communicate effectively and facilitate discussions, workshops, meetings and interviews in such a way that all stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute.
  Able to identify, and clearly and succinctly describe both functional and non-functional requirements in various formats, including use cases and user stories.
• Able to model as-is and to-be business processes, as well as domain models to complement requirements descriptions. Knowledge of UML and BPMN will be beneficial.
• You will be able to adapt Satalyst’s preferred requirements exploration processes and techniques in order to support a specific client’s or project’s individual needs, mitigate risks and produce the most effective result.
• Passionate about continuous process improvement, and able to contribute to Satalyst’s ongoing process improvement initiative by continuously incorporating new or adapted techniques into the process.
• Have a good understanding of and ideally, experience in the application of testing practices.
• Experience in accounting and finance will be highly desirable.
• Knowledge of or experience in, or a desire to learn more about project management will be beneficial.
